Privacy Policy & Data Sovereignty
At ToolVyne (toolvyne.com), user data sovereignty is our primary design constraint. We do not store, transmit, log, or inspect the data you process inside any of our utilities.
No database entries, key-value stores, or remote server logs record your text, JSON payloads, or financial inputs.
All transformations occur exclusively within your web browser's ephemeral JavaScript V8/SpiderMonkey engine runtime.
ToolVyne does not deploy fingerprinting pixels, session recording tools, or behavioral data brokers.
Closing your tab or refreshing the page immediately releases memory buffers and discards session data.
1. Scope of Data Processing
When you enter data into tools such as the JSON Validator, Regex Tester, Base64 Decoder, Freelance Rate Calculator, or OpenGraph Inspector, the data is processed exclusively in-memory by client-side JavaScript. Text transformations and calculations do not upload their inputs. If you provide a remote image URL for a social preview, your browser requests that image from its host, which receives the URL and connection metadata.
2. Local Browser Storage
Certain tools provide convenience features (such as dark mode preferences or local draft recovery). These settings are stored strictly in your browser's local storage (localStorage) and are never synced to any remote server.
3. Third-Party CDN Assets
Static stylesheets and fonts may be served from global Content Delivery Networks (CDNs). These providers only receive standard HTTP connection metadata (such as IP address and browser User-Agent header) necessary to deliver static assets.
4. Hosting and Contact
Our hosting and asset providers receive connection information, such as IP addresses and requested URLs, when serving the site. If you contact us by email, your email provider and the recipient process the information you choose to send. Do not include sensitive tool inputs in feedback.
5. Advertising & Google AdSense Disclosures
Advertising is currently paused and this version of the site does not load the Google AdSense advertising script. If advertising is enabled in a future version, this policy will be updated to describe the advertising services and applicable consent choices.
Users may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or through www.aboutads.info. Tool inputs and calculated data are never linked with advertising profiles or shared with advertising partners.
