What ToolVyne is

ToolVyne provides free, browser-based utilities for developers, marketers, and writers: formatters, converters, generators, and similar tools. Most tools process your input entirely on your own device and never send it to our servers; a small number call an external AI model to generate a response, and each of those tool pages says so directly.

No warranty

The tools are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep them accurate and working correctly, but we don't guarantee that any tool is error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Output from any tool, including hashes, encoded data, compressed files, and especially AI-generated text, should be reviewed before you rely on it for anything important.

AI-generated content

Some tools (currently the Bid Writing Assistant and Business Proposal Generator, each labeled "AI" on their tool page) call a third-party AI model to generate text. That output is a starting draft, not professional or legal advice, and not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific situation. You're responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and editing anything generated before you use it, submit it, or publish it, particularly for regulated contexts like tenders or contracts.

Your responsibility

You're responsible for what you use these tools for and for any content you input, generate, or output through them. Don't use ToolVyneto process, generate, or distribute anything illegal, infringing, or that you don't have the right to use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolVyneand its operators aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its tools, including data loss, lost profit, or reliance on generated output.
